The mortgage loan product is Real Estate (according to the certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land – Pink book/Red book) to meet the loan demand for personal consumption.

PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Individuals who are residents aged 18~70 years old
  • Have a stable income of 8,000,000 VND/month or more
  • People residing in the area where Woori Bank branch is located or neighboring province/city
  • Working at the current workplace (with 10 or more full-time employees) for more than 6 months from the time of loan application (In case of a business household or business owner, it must be 24 months minimum)
  • Customers are automatically approved on personal credit rating system
  • No bad debt at the time of loan application

Customer can choose either a fixed interest rate for the first year or a floating interest rate:

  • Fix interest rate for the first 5 years: for the first 6 months from 5.3% p.a, then apply the fix interest rate of 8.3% p.a for the next 54 months
  • Fix interest rate for the first year: From 5.6% p.a
  • Fix interest rate for the first 2 years: From 6.0% p.a
  • Fix interest rate for the first 3 years: From 6.4% p.a
  • Floating interest rate: Average 12-month term deposit rate (for individuals) of state-owned banks + 3.5% or more

COLLATERAL CONDITIONS
