Who can apply
- Employees working at companies that are legal entities of foreign enterprises in Vietnam, or companies on the VNR500 list in the latest year
- People residing in the area where Woori Bank branch is located or neighboring province/city
- Working at the current organization for 12 months or more, participating in social insurance
- Total annual income from 150 million or more
- Customers are automatically approved on personal credit rating system
Loan interest rate
Interest rate = Base rate + Margin
- Basic interest rate: Average interest rate for 6-month term deposits of state-owned banks (STIME)
- Margin: from 7% ~ 8%, based on the loan amount compared to total annual income.
Loan period
06 months – 60 months
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by reducing balance
- Principal amount: equally divided monthly
- Interest amount: calculated according to actual outstanding balance
