PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Employees working at branches, transaction offices or head offices of banks operating in Vietnam
  • People residing in the area where Woori Bank branch is located or neighboring province/city
  • Having an indefinite-term labor contract or working at the same bank for at least 24 months or more
  • Total annual income of 150 million or more

Interest rate = Base rate + Margin

  • Basic interest rate: Average interest rate for 6-month term deposits of state-owned banks (STIME)
  • Margin: from 5.5% ~ 6.5%, based on the loan amount compared to total annual income.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by reducing balance
  • Principal amount: equally divided monthly
  • Interest amount: calculated according to actual outstanding balance
